When you experience happy, open-minded states of mind, feeling gratitude, ease, creativity, wonder, love, tenderness, etc., you create a high vibrational energy field and put out fast, high-level vibrations.
Conversely, when you feel depressed, have negative, fearful, anxious thoughts, are angry, hateful, critical, and sad, you create a low vibrational energy field and radiate slow-moving, more dense vibrations. You will attract what you put out.
When you emanate happiness, love, gratitude, you’ll attract positive experiences, opportunities, people and things into your experience.
When you radiate negative feelings, fear, sadness, anger, you’ll attract more of the same: negative experiences, unhappy and angry people, things to fear.
It is really worthwhile to pay attention to your vibration and your states of thought and feeling. Keeping yourself high and happy brings more and more of the good stuff to you.
DAILY MEDITATION TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATION:
This meditation is simple and very powerful. It will put you in a high state of joy and serenity so that you’ll attract good experiences and synchronistic events.
- Sit in a comfortable spot, and simply imagine that you are greatly loved by God or the Source or the Creator or whatever being you prefer — your child or lover or dog.
- Just sit there basking in that love, absorbing that love, feeling yourself adored, cherished, treasured, loved beyond measure.
- Do this for 15 minutes daily, feeling all the ensuing feelings of entitlement, enhanced self-worth, confidence, joy.
- Maintain this beloved state of being throughout the day.
- Then take note of all the improved experiences and amazing synchronistic events that occur to you during the week.
