Hypnotherapy processes are excellent and very effective ways of dealing with grief: the loss of a loved one, the break-up of a close relationship, the onset of a serious illness for you or someone close to you. Through a very empathic talk therapy I use called “Voice Dialogue” I may assist you to express your feelings from all your various parts, from your Vulnerable Child, Protector, Abandoned Self, Angry Self, Sad Self, and other selves that may need to be heard. When feelings have been released, I help empower you through hearing from an emerging New Self, a Strong Free Self, an attractive Aphrodite or Adonis Self, or perhaps a Warrior Self who has the strength to get you through a difficult life situation. Then through a hypnotic trance journey, I help you visualize freedom from old, hampering emotions and the embodiment of your new empowered self or selves.
Alternatively, I may use simple visualization and suggestion techniques in trance to allow your feelings of grief to be washed away and new feelings of peace and acceptance, strength and joy to emerge, bringing you ultimately a new outlook on life, full of hope and optimism.
