Daily Meditation to Raise Your Vibration:

This meditation is simple and very powerful. It will put you in a high state of joy and serenity so that you’ll attract good experiences and synchronistic events. Sit in a comfortable spot, and simply imagine that you are greatly loved by God or the Source or the Creator or whatever being you prefer — your child or lover or dog. Just sit there basking in that love, absorbing that love, feeling yourself adored, cherished, treasured, loved beyond measure. Do this for 15 minutes daily, feeling all the ensuing feelings of entitlement, enhanced self-worth, confidence, joy. Maintain this beloved state of being throughout the day. Then take note of all the improved experiences and amazing synchronistic events that occur to you during the week.

If you’re looking for a quick way out of a mind-trap or emotional downward spiral, consider that the mind is your craft — your boat, starship, vehicle — and you are the captain. You can take your mind into troubled, murky waters, or you can maneuver it into clear, calm seas. You are the creator of your reality. Choose to think positively about any situation, person, and you’ll create better and better solutions, have wise impulses and inspirations, and attract improved circumstances and opportunities to yourself.

When you’re hopelessly depressed or upset beyond clarity, just find a simple way to soothe yourself. Take a hot bath or shower, drink a comforting cup of coffee or tea, take a walk. As you sail into calmer waters, your mind clears and you begin to have inspirations and solutions, or at least “next steps,” come to you. New perspectives come to you. Follow that up with a purposeful series of positive statements about your life and situation, and you’ll soon be easily sailing downstream to your goals, to better circumstances and manifestations.

In my work, I bring in the truths of the Law of Attraction: that we are vibrational beings and that what we put out into the world, be it an energy of anger and pessimism, or eagerness and joy, is what we attract to us. Like attracts like. Through hypnotherapy journeys and through Neuro-linguistic Programming techniques, you can re-program your outlook and habits to embrace positive beliefs and a new way of living, and thus attract better and better experiences.

This law can be reflected in the body in terms of disease. When someone maintains a long-term attitude and vibration of stress, negativity, fear, shame, anger, resentment, etc., it can begin to show up in the body as imbalance and eventually disease. More and more research and awareness is emerging on the connection between mind and the conditions of the body. I see disease as separation from one’s divine source. The more separation one feels from the source of love and power, whether you term it God, the Universal Power, Love, or some other name, the less empowered and free you are.

ON CREATING A NEW CAREER PATH:

When one sets out to recreate oneself, through career, a transitional job, a reorganization of one’s life through a move, fears about all the what-ifs and uncertainties arise. The following quote from Abraham brings calm and perspective:

Think of this random Universe where everything is possible. The
organizational skills belong to Law of
Attraction. If you will relax and allow Law of
Attraction to do the organization and the managing,
then you can spend your time doing the things that please you.”

ON MAKING DECISIONS:

Make more decisions in every day. Because a decision is a summoning of
life. That’s why a little chaos is good for you, because often you don’t
make a decision until you get yourself in a jam. And then, in the middle
of the jam, you make a decision, but that decision summons Life Force.
Have you ever been a place where you couldn’t quite make up your mind and
you just felt sort of limp? “Oh, I don’t know. I don’t know. I don’t
know.” And then you decided, and you felt alive again. We want you to know
that you’ll never get it done. So don’t approach this from, “I gotta get on
this” because you’re not ever going to get it done, anyway. And the other
thing we want you to know is, you cannot get it wrong. So, make a
decision. Let it flow.

TRANSPERSONAL HYPNOTHERAPY, THE HIGHER SELF & MANIFESTING

I like to help clients access their innate wisdom and power through creating a link to the higher self and to the realm of higher consciousness available to them. Clearing and releasing old habits and recognizing past, negative experiences are useful, but I like to focus more on moving toward empowerment and manifesting a client’s goals and future self. I do this through Alchemical Hypnotherapy, taking clients on a journey to a safe place and drawing forth the Higher Self, Future Self, and aspects they wish to manifest, such as an Inventive Career Self, a Courageous World Traveler, or a Lovable Partner (either within a client’s own self or one a client wishes to attract). Through visualization and feeling, hearing, and being a new reality or self, one can bring this new way of living into one’s daily experience. This is alchemical in that one’s entire orientation is changed through the transformation of beliefs and the opening to possibilities.
